ABOUT ME

Valérie Kerbage — I am a French-born, NYC-based entrepreneur who spent 20 years in e-commerce and brand strategy, working with fashion and retail brands. Driven by a strong passion for creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit, I have launched multiple projects throughout my career.

My life took a turn when I faced a health crisis and found myself looking for answers. I became curious about biology, how the body works, and how I could become more informed and make better choices about my own health.

I recently completed the Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching Program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), marking the beginning of this new chapter. My coaching practice is a reflection of that journey—and of who I am today.
